Inbox & Replies
Manage LinkedIn conversations, understand reply intent, and focus on buyers ready to talk.
One Inbox for Every Conversation
The NetworkHQ inbox brings conversations from every connected LinkedIn account into one workspace. Each thread stays connected to the lead, sender account, campaign, and outreach history that created it.
This gives your team the context behind a reply before responding. You can see who the lead is, which campaign contacted them, and how the conversation developed without switching between LinkedIn accounts.
Find the Right Conversation
Use the inbox controls to narrow the conversation list:
All
Shows every available conversation in the workspace.
Unread
Shows conversations with replies that still need attention.
Replied
Shows leads who have responded to outreach.
Awaiting
Shows outreach that has not received a reply yet.
Search
Finds conversations by the lead's name.
LinkedIn account
Limits the list to conversations handled by selected sender accounts.
Intent
Filters replies by one or more detected or manually assigned intent labels.
Read a Conversation
Select a conversation to open the complete message thread. The conversation header identifies the lead, their role and company, the LinkedIn account handling the thread, and the campaign that started the outreach.
Opening an unread conversation marks it as read. If you need to return to it later, mark it unread from the conversation list. You can also open the lead details to review profile information, buying signals, campaign activity, and other context.
Reply Intent
When automatic intent detection is enabled, NetworkHQ reads incoming replies and assigns a label with a short explanation. This helps your team prioritize positive conversations without reading every thread first.
Click an intent badge to correct or update it manually. Manual changes take priority over the automatic suggestion, and Converted and Not Pursuing are set by your team when the outcome is known.
Interested
The lead has expressed a clear reason to continue the conversation.
Curious
The reply shows interest or asks a question but does not yet indicate a next step.
Deferred
The lead may be relevant later but the timing is not right now.
Not interested
The lead has declined or indicated that the offer is not relevant.
Needs label
NetworkHQ found a reply but needs a person to confirm its intent.
Converted
Your team has moved the conversation to the desired outcome, such as a booked meeting.
Not Pursuing
Your team has decided not to continue the conversation.
Send a Reply
Write and send a plain-text reply from the open conversation. NetworkHQ sends it through the LinkedIn account already assigned to that lead, keeping every message in the same thread and sender identity.
Use the lead's signal, previous messages, and detected intent when responding. Warm replies usually need a direct human answer rather than another automated pitch, so address the question or next step before adding more product detail.
Conversation States
Awaiting Acceptance
The connection request has been sent, but the lead has not accepted it yet.
Syncing
The message was sent and NetworkHQ is waiting for LinkedIn to expose and attach the conversation thread.
Active
The thread is connected and available for normal conversation syncing and replies.
Awaiting InMail reply
LinkedIn does not allow another InMail message in the thread until the recipient responds.
Expired or Withdrawn
The original outreach can no longer continue in its previous state. Review the lead and campaign before taking another action.
